Why are we fascinated oriental dance

For women, movement is a very natural form of dance. These are sensual movements, we are beautiful and we like to perceive music with all our body and soul. This is not the only reason why dance has been popular for centuries.

We can express our emotions through dance, realize our femininity and feel every part of our body. Oriental dances (belly dances) have become very popular in our republic, our Slavic figures (larger breasts and buttocks) are an inseparable advantage in this type of dance, which is why more and more women are choosing this type of dance. On the other hand, Latin-American dances, for example, could be said only for slim women, or have you ever seen a stronger woman in dance competitions in standard dances and Latin-American dances? I do not either ? But for that, the competitions in oriental dances are full of slender women. Our women are already so advanced in belly dancing that they playfully put many Arabian dancers in their pockets.

And what attracts us so much in that Orient? There are the most teahouses in our country (in terms of the number of teahouses per area), what is it? We are attracted by the scent of the Orient and although we usually don't really want to live there, we like to be the mysterious sensual woman with a captivating look and very seductive full body movements, breathtaking oriental costume decorated with bright sequins and clinking coins. We want to loosen our hair and wave it while dancing, smile mysteriously and be the center of attention for once, so that the people who saw us during our perfect dance look in amazement. Some women only want to dance in this way for their husband, it may not be the whole audience. This is the dream of many of us…

It's a big difference from the black pants and the gray sweater that we hide behind in our normal lives, especially the ones we have some extra pounds and year extra..

The good news for us is that it is possible to fulfill this secret desire and it is not difficult. An experienced dance teacher will teach her students oriental dance at a very good level (at least enough to be able to dance shamelessly at home in front of a mirror for joy) after completing the first dance course (usually 10 to 16 lessons), and secondly many of us will dance with our families and after a year of dancing, it is no longer a problem for most women to dance almost anytime and anywhere. Some find themselves in this way that after a few years they themselves become belly dance teachers.

Oriental dances have many divisions and they are all beautiful. I can't say for myself that one dance style is more fun or more beautiful than the other. Everyone is different and it's worth a try.
