All our Hassiba skirts are made of ultra shiny and radiant elastic satin with a very fine treated surface (imitation silk).
The skirt is not translucent, it is single-layer and fully wheeled (360 °). Fine satin will copy your movements. Elastic rubber is sewn into the waist.
