Scented sticks have been used in Eastern countries since time immemorial, especially for meditation, relaxation and bringing the body and mind into the harmony needed for prayers.

The first records of the use of incense sticks appear in ancient China, where they were part of Buddhist rituals. In India, too, scented ones are an essential part of religious ceremonies.

Here in Europe, sticks are mainly used for relaxation, scenting rooms as a diffuser, also to induce relaxation, through aromatherapy treatment but also in religious spiritual meditations and relaxation.

Our very long, densely twisted and high quality sticks have a burning time of up to 3 to 4 hours (also depends on its location and the ambient air flow).

To use: place the coil in a scented jar (found in our range) or on a flat plate or glass or ceramic tray. If you will be using a scented spiral, slide the included attachment onto the centre of the stand and place the spiral in the centre of the hole to hold it in place. If you are using a scented stick stand, you can just place the stick in the lotus, if the stick is thin or very long, you can also use the centre attachment and place the stick in the centre of the stick.

Please note: always keep smouldering sticks and spirals under control. Use in well-ventilated rooms. Never leave unattended or in the presence of children or animals. When the incense burns out, make sure it is completely extinguished.
