And they are known to be a complete vitamin bomb and we can add them to the list of superfoods with a clear conscience. The skin especially enjoys vitamin A, D, E, K and flavonoids, which will nourish it beautifully and help find elasticity and youth.
Rosehip oil is easily absorbed without feeling greasy. Like all oils, it needs to be applied to damp skin - you can smear it better and ensure skin hydration (for even better results, we recommend using one of the hydrates instead of water: pink, orange blossom or chamomile). This way you can use it in the morning and in the evening instead of the usual cream.
We definitely recommend it even in the cold or otherwise bad weather!
