These breast pads are smaller and flatter than the Extra Breathable Breast Pads (which you can also find in our range). These flatter ones are therefore suitable for A,B breasts.

The padding can be inserted into most of the tops in our range (many of the dance tops in our range have it written in the description that there is a hole inside to insert or remove the breast padding, these tops usually contain one pair of padding already inserted. However, if you want to change the pads after a while or if you want more breathability, you can order these extra airy breast pads and change them in the top).

You can also insert these pads into dance bras (and regular bras, of course) or swimsuits.

The cup is smooth, we check the shapes thoroughly before shipping and we only ship flawless smooth and perfectly rounded shapes.

The basket has a rounded triangular shape and has thinned edges, all over and coated with a thin layer of nylon fiber. They are directly designed for dancing and sports activities, as they wick away sweat perfectly. They are also easy to wash in the washing machine and dry quickly.
