The Legend of Pi Yao (also called Pi Xiu): Once upon a time, in ancient times, there was a mythical beast named Pi Xiu. He was the ninth son of the Dragon King. This creature lived exclusively on gold, silver and expensive jewelry. He had the head of a dragon, the body of a horse, and wings. He was so strong that he could turn evil into good and gradually became a symbol of happiness and wealth for people.
For the Chinese, Pi Xiu has always been considered a positive symbol for attracting and keeping wealth from all directions for its owner.
