Certificates are valid with us for 1 year from the date of issue and we can send it to you in electronic form in PDF or send it printed in an envelope to your address - in which case choose postage in the amount of 60 CZK as a recommended writing and payment by bank transfer.

You only pay postage, the envelope and paper used for the certificate are free.

When choosing electronic sending, send the selected amount for the certificate to our account by transfer without postage (zero postage cannot be entered in the e-shop, but when sending by e-mail you do not pay any postage, so once you receive the confirmation e-mail send only the amount of the certificate) .

Certificate application: the unique certificate code will be activated with us immediately after the amount has been paid into our account and will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

Applying for a certificate is easy, just enter its code in the DISCOUNT COUPON field in the shopping cart summary and then its amount will be deducted from the total value of the purchase.

The unused certificate or part of it is not paid out and cannot be exchanged for cash. After a year, it expires and the money is not returned.
