There is a 4,5 cm wide elastic band at the waist, this elastic band is elastic but quite stretchy, however it is not sewn to the skirt tightly and so if necessary it can be loosened or tightened (we do not make adjustments to these skirts in our e-shop).

The skirt is made of a semi-glossy delicate material similar to flock. This material stretches to all four sides and does not bunch up, so the edges of the skirt are not hemmed and have no unpleasant hems. The skirt is sewn to the shorts and ends a few inches below them.
